MOBILE OPERATIONS CENTRES

JUPITER x C2VAN

JUPITER and C2VAN are Mobile Operations Centres enabling long-term operation of the crisis staff, with JUPITER up to 10+2 (seated) with its own power supply. They are designed for the management of security measures and crisis situations where it is necessary to have more commanding officers from the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) on the scene.

The JUPITER vehicle superstructure equipment allows officers in command of security measures to enjoy the full comfort of communication, data and visual information as if they were working in a stationary workplace without depending on the power supply. The design of the special superstructure with a sliding sidewall allows to increase the internal space for the staff so that meetings of a multi-person staff can take place there with sufficient space and comfort corresponding to the situation. JUPITER contains sufficient communication means that can be interconnected to ensure joint command and communication with other IRS units.

The C2VAN (Command Control VAN) is a specially modified multi-purpose vehicle that offers identical technological capabilities to the JUPITER Mobile Operations Centre, but in a compact design for a crew of four operators in a vehicle up to 5.5 tonnes. Compared to the JUPITER, the vehicle is primarily designed for operations with fewer commanding officers or for operations in less accessible areas thanks to its all-wheel drive and raised chassis.

These complex vehicle solutions enable:

Command post – for controlling units in the field during deployment at demonstrations, cultural or sporting events, emergency security measures – search operations, natural disasters, gas leaks, large-scale or air accidents.

Mobile operations centre – the possibility of taking over the activities of the operations centre in the field.

Communication centre – ensuring voice and data connection of units carrying out activities in the field, including units with different communication technologies (mutual communication TETRA – TETRAPOL, listening to radio stations in the telephone line, etc.).

Camera surveillance – monitoring of emergency security measures with recording.

Search actions – technology for searching for lost persons in a difficult terrain.

Control activities – verification of persons and vehicles using online access to customer databases.

Frequency band monitoring – searching for activities in the frequency band, detecting the coverage of the territory by the PEGAS signal, searching for suspicious activities (civilian radio stations, etc.).

Protection against UAVs (possible extension) – detection, tracking, classification and neutralisation of civilian JAM-U + GOT-U unmanned aerial vehicles.

Mobility and flexibility

With the help of advanced technology, they can serve as command posts, communication centres and at the same time provide long-term crisis management on-site.

Scalability and security

The vehicle’s technical equipment enables it to support search operations and provide operational support in challenging conditions, including searching for missing persons or monitoring in remote areas.

Advanced communication options

The vehicles have built-in communications technologies that allow for efficient control and coordination of units with diverse communications systems, which is crucial during major emergencies.
